Since 1995, la Roche-Posay is organizing each year a global contest to reward 4 €25,000 grants to dermatologists with less than 8 years of practice who dedicate themselves to enhance the quality of life of patients.
Let’s go for the 2024 edition!
Rules & conditions
Eligible candidates can apply to one of our four regional grants by filling and submitting a complete application focused on quality of life.

Your submission should contain:

Summary of your project
Tell us why your project matters. What made you decide to pursue this project in particular? How do you aim to improve your patients' quality of life? We want to know!

A detailed presentation of the project and its clinical impact
Guide us through your project and how it will concretely and precisely improve you patient’s quality of life.

A financial plan or a budget proposal
Share with us how the Research Grant will help you fund your research.

An affidavit stating that your project has never received another grant
We are committed to supporting dermatologists in need of their first funding. Let's give the new generation the means to achieve their projects.

A presentation of the medical team involved
Even the best projects won't make it without a passionate team. Let us get to know the winning team!

THE 4 HIGHLY QUALIFIED JURIES FOR THE 4 PARTICIPATING REGIONS ARE COMPOSED OF PROFESSORS AND DOCTORS IN DERMATOLOGY. EVERY YEAR, THE JURY MEMBERS ASSESS THE APPLICATIONS IN THE MOST OBJECTIVE WAY.

All candidates can submit one application, provided that they are eligible to receive the Research Grant.

periodFrom June to September
After reviewing the candidates' applications, our juries will select the research projects with the highest impact on patients' quality of life.

AnnouncementFrom September to December
Four candidates from Latin America, Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia Middle East & North Africa will be awarded €25,000 to complete their research projects!
